Requirements
- Strong SQL for complex analytical queries and Python for data analysis and ML
- Hands-on forensic investigation of systematic errors across large real-world datasets
- Experience with structured document processing including OCR and field extraction
- Practical ML delivery with embeddings vector search ranking and classification
- LLM integration for structured data tasks with validation and confidence scoring
- MLOps experience including orchestration experiment tracking and model serving
- Comfort reading and tracing C# or .NET codebases

Day to day
- Investigate production documents at scale to identify systematic accuracy failures and quantify uplift opportunities.
- Own and improve the accuracy measurement framework with rigorous validation, root-cause analysis, and post-deployment monitoring.
- Design and productionise ML solutions for entity matching, OCR correction, and user-override learning across a structured document pipeline.
