Requirements
- Strong Python skills with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Proven experience shipping models to production
- Hands-on experience with RAG vector databases and orchestration frameworks
- Experience with Docker Kubernetes CI/CD model serving and monitoring
- Experience with at least one major cloud ML platform
- Fluent English and ability to work asynchronously across a global team

Day to day
- Design and develop LLM and ML systems for client deployments
- Build RAG pipelines and retrieval architectures using vector search
- Fine-tune and evaluate models against real production data, then deploy monitor and maintain them in live enterprise environments
- Create agentic systems that progress from proof of concept to dependable production systems
- Advise on what is realistic to promise clients and what is not
