Day to day
- Lead machine learning for the Workforce Management vertical, shaping forecasting and optimisation systems that improve customer support at scale.
- Design, build and deliver production ML systems for demand forecasting, routing, assignment, escalation and time-to-completion prediction.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data and Operations teams to turn ambiguous problems into pragmatic ML solutions that deliver strong customer outcomes.
