Requirements
- 7+ years SQL Server DBA experience across SQL 2008 to 2022
- Proven Microsoft Azure implementation and support experience
- Experience with SQL operations troubleshooting and performance tuning
- Experience with SQL design implementation and high availability
- Consulting experience with external teams stakeholders or customers
- Experience in disaster recovery log shipping Mirroring FCI and Availability Groups
- Experience with transactional replication
- Database and application performance tuning
- Transact-SQL programming skills
- SSRS installation configuration and administration
- SSAS installation configuration and administration
- Basic understanding of networks Windows OS Active Directory and DNS
- Understanding of database design techniques
- Familiarity with SQL Server development tools including SSMS and SSDT

Day to day
- Provide expert SQL Server DBA support within a managed services team for customer environments.

- Apply strong Azure SQL and SQL Server expertise to support, design, modernise and optimise solutions for external customers.
