Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Systems Business Systems ERP Enterprise Applications or Systems Integration
- Direct people leadership experience including hiring coaching and team development
- Experience serving as a Product Owner Business Systems Manager Enterprise Applications Manager Technical Program Manager or Systems Integration leader
- Hands-on experience supporting ERP platforms such as NetSuite and enterprise integration platforms such as Boomi MuleSoft or similar iPaaS technologies
- Experience supporting enterprise platforms including ERP CRM PLM MES and related business applications
- Ability to balance technical systems ownership enterprise integrations and people leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within aerospace defense government contracting or other regulated environments
- Experience supporting compliance initiatives involving ITAR CMMC SOX NIST CUI or similar governance frameworks
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise integrations digital transformation initiatives or enterprise systems modernization efforts

Day to day
- Lead and develop the Business Systems team while removing roadblocks and improving delivery execution
- Own critical enterprise platforms and act as Product Owner across ERP CRM PLM MES and integration systems
