Requirements
- 8+ years in DevSecOps or related engineering roles with team leadership experience
- AWS and/or GCP infrastructure architecture experience
- Hands-on containerization and cloud network performance proficiency
- Extensive CI/CD experience with modern DevSecOps tooling
- Infrastructure as Code experience and willingness to help define security standards
- Proven track record in ISO 27001 and SOC 2 environments
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing direct reports growth and performance
- Working knowledge of container and virtualization architectures Kubernetes PaaS automated test tooling and multi-host container networking

Day to day
- Lead and mentor a globally distributed DevSecOps team across multiple time zones and hemispheres
- Own DevSecOps strategy and hands-on technical execution for CI/CD health security and reliability
- Guide architecture decisions troubleshoot complex issues and drive infrastructure automation compliance and remediations
- Report progress security posture and infrastructure health to executive leadership while partnering with Data Engineering and IT
