Requirements
- 3–7 years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years as an EM or team lead
- Bachelor's in CS Engineering or equivalent
- Proven people development and performance management experience
- Experience leading platform integration or CMS teams
- Strong technical foundation in C# .NET Node.js Python React and REST APIs
- Hands-on with AI-assisted development tools and generative AI
- Excellent communication under pressure
- Comfortable with occasional off-hours launch support

Day to day
- Lead the Creative Systems engineering team across DAM creative tooling marketing automation and CMS platforms
- Own people management delivery rhythm and technical direction for engineers and QA partners
- Stay hands-on through code reviews debugging prototyping integrations and launch support
- Partner with Product Creative Marketing and Ecommerce leaders to drive platform strategy AI adoption and reliable releases
