Requirements
- 8 years experience in software development or related role
- Master's degree plus 2 years experience in software development management engineering leadership or related role
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- Background in networking security or distributed systems
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive issues independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Windows macOS and Linux
- Experience with AWS and Azure
- Scripting and automation experience with PowerShell Python Bash or Ruby

Day to day
- Lead engineering teams to deliver secure software solutions and execute the product roadmap
- Coordinate closely with Product Management R&D Leadership architects developers and support teams to define priorities and remove obstacles
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle while driving process improvement secure coding adoption and team performance
- Support career growth through coaching one on ones recruitment and administrative leadership while helping manage budgets and resources
