Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management or related enterprise ERP platforms
- Strong experience in engineering delivery including development integrations and technical architecture
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams in a consulting or professional services environment
- Deep understanding of X++ integrations reporting and technical design practices
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and functional teams
- Experience leading code reviews technical design decisions and engineering standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
- Professional communication in English written and verbal required at advanced C1 level
- Must be legally entitled to work in the United States

Day to day
- Lead day-to-day engineering delivery across active Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management engagements.
- Set technical direction as a player-coach while staying hands-on with design reviews code quality and complex problem solving.
- Coach the engineering team and coordinate releases support escalations enhancements and delivery execution with internal partners.
