Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership role within IT or application services
- Experience managing enterprise applications within a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong understanding of COTS application lifecycle management and SaaS delivery models
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as iManage ServiceNow CRM systems SharePoint litigation support tools and Box preferred
- Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks preferred
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations preferred

Day to day
- Lead the strategy and lifecycle management of a broad portfolio of enterprise COTS applications
- Oversee reliable secure and scalable application services that support legal and business operations
- Guide a small team while partnering with stakeholders vendors and technical teams to improve service delivery and governance
