Day to day
- Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 software engineers along with product owners UX designers and quality engineers to build the Yum Admin & Menu Management products
- Define and track measurable goals for the team
- Manage an agile development process to deliver incremental value to the Yum Admin & Menu Management platform with each iteration
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams including product management quality assurance operations and other stakeholders to develop best-in-class solutions
- Ensure the development and successful execution of realistic project plans within approved budget scope and quality constraints
- Nurture and grow your team through effective hiring performance management coaching mentorship and career development
- Ensure that the team is delivering secure high-performance solutions by encouraging best practices and use of appropriate tooling for static analysis live monitoring and alerting
- Maintain your technical expertise by actively contributing to architecture design and code
