Who you are

  • Oversee pre-employment processes, including background checks, offer letters, and onboarding coordination
  • Manage the data entry team for accurate employee records updates across multiple HR systems (Workday, ADP, Ceridian)
  • Supervise and guide HR Service Center Coordinators to meet performance and service standards
  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow ticketing system for HR inquiries, requests, and issues
  • Collaborate with HR teams and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Analyze workflows and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
  • Generate reports on team performance, transaction accuracy, and service response times
