Requirements
- 2+ years of people leadership experience managing Team Leads or equivalent managers
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality operations at scale in data annotation AI training evaluation content quality operations or similar domains
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and the impact of training data on model performance
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion JIRA Linear or Axiom
- Strong track record of building and improving data quality systems and operational processes
- Experience managing performance developing talent and scaling teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with globally distributed teams and mixed employment types
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis with the ability to use metrics to drive improvement
- Domain expertise in Finance STEM Coding Software Engineering or other technical fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strategic thinking combined with strong hands-on execution

Day to day
- Lead the Human Data function that delivers high-quality training data and evaluations for AI models.
- Manage Team Leads and AI Tutors while setting rigorous standards for data quality, consistency, and guideline adherence.
- Build and improve scalable operational systems, training programs, and quality assurance processes to support rapid model development.
