Requirements
- 5+ years in operations project management program management or business operations
- 3+ years leading and developing high-performing teams
- Track record of owning a number and beating it
- Experience managing external partners vendors or contractor networks
- Strong analytical skills using data KPIs and dashboards
- Experience in landscape construction residential construction outdoor living or related industry preferred
- Bias toward fast-paced high-growth environments with evolving priorities

Day to day
- Lead Yardzen's Build business by building scalable systems and standardizing the operating playbook
- Manage a vetted network of outdoor contractors and ensure strong performance across conversion responsiveness quality and execution
- Recruit coach and develop a team of Build Project Managers while driving revenue growth and solving operational bottlenecks
- Partner cross-functionally to improve the client journey from design to completed outdoor renovation
