Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or a mental health-related field with proven communication skills
- 5+ years of experience in a communications role, preferably within EAP, mental health, healthcare, or wellness sector
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute project plans
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with content management systems and email marketing tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Implementation process planning experience
- Experience with Project management software
Day to day
- Execute various communication functions in the business operations department including creating engaging communications
- Manage client communications during the implementation process
- Coordinate communication projects across all verticals of the EAP
