Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in partnerships impact measurement or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree required advanced degree preferred
  • Experience building and managing partner ecosystems in mission-driven organizations
  • Experience using CRM systems preferably Salesforce to manage pipelines and stakeholder engagement
  • Proven experience securing and formalizing partnership agreements including financial and in-kind contributions
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision making
  • Proven track record in impact measurement data analysis and reporting methodologies
  • Strong project management skills with ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Day to day

  • Lead the development and refinement of impact frameworks for multiple prize programs, aligning measurement approaches with XPRIZE goals.
  • Build data analysis strategies, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to track outcomes and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, produce detailed reports and presentations, and secure strategic partnerships that support prize success and long-term impact.
