Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in payments or payment product management
- 2–3 years of people management experience including FTEs and/or contractors
- Experience working with payment systems payment service providers or digital commerce platforms
- Exposure to global vendor ecosystems and coordination of integrations or certification activities
- Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with tools such as JIRA Smartsheet Confluence or similar platforms
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and business teams
- Experience contributing to system implementations integrations or technology deployments

Day to day
- Manage and advance Hyatt’s global payments product roadmap across digital and in-property channels.
- Coordinate payment capabilities such as gateways tokenization alternative payment methods fraud tools and integrations with PMS POS and digital platforms.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Digital Finance Security and Property Technology teams while guiding a team of FTEs and contractors toward strong delivery and accountability.
- Support agile execution vendor certification KPI reporting fraud and compliance initiatives and opportunities to use AI-powered workflows for greater efficiency.
