You're a passionate and experienced design leader with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles
6+ years of experience in UI/UX design with at least 3 years in a design leadership role
A strong portfolio demonstrating your experience in leading and shipping successful consumer-facing products
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of designers fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies including user research wireframing prototyping and usability testing
Experience in developing and implementing design systems and component libraries
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience working in an agile environment and a track record of delivering results on time and within budget
Passion for creating products that make a positive impact in the lives of others

Lead and mentor a team of talented UI/UX designers fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment stepping in as a player-coach to design when necessary
Develop and implement a cohesive design system and component library to ensure consistency and scalability across our products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers Engineers and User Researchers to gather requirements define user flows and create intuitive user interfaces
Oversee the end-to-end design process from user research and wireframing to prototyping and visual design
Advocate for user-centered design principles ensuring that our products are accessible inclusive and meet the needs of our diverse users
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices and proactively identify opportunities to improve our design processes and tools
