Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in Sales Operations Commercial Operations Event Management or similar roles
- Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage complex logistics and cross-functional coordination
- Experience managing budgets contracts and administrative processes
- Familiarity with ERP systems Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
- Ability to operate with ownership speed and clarity in a remote environment
- English and Spanish preferred

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of trade shows and commercial events, aligning activities with business priorities and timelines
- Manage logistics, materials, staffing, and on-site execution for industry and customer events with precision and coordination
- Support sales budget planning, broker administration, and sales portal management while maintaining accuracy, organization, and cross-functional communication
