  • Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail

  • Experience managing budgets contracts and administrative processes
  • Familiarity with ERP systems Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
  • Ability to operate with ownership speed and clarity in a remote environment
  • English and Spanish preferred

Day to day

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of trade shows and commercial events, aligning activities with business priorities and timelines
  • Manage logistics, materials, staffing, and on-site execution for industry and customer events with precision and coordination
  • Support sales budget planning, broker administration, and sales portal management while maintaining accuracy, organization, and cross-functional communication
