5+ years in Digital Marketing with Performance Marketing experience
Experience in clTV:CAC and/or ROAS environments
Hands-on in-platform experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads, bid management tools, and/or Search Ads 360
Experience managing large annual budgets
Expert understanding of optimization against CPA/cLTV/CPC
Strong understanding of audience use in media
Experience with analytics tools such as GA360, Looker, Excel
Comfortable with executing testing practices such as A/B testing or incrementality testing
What the job involves
You will play a key role in managing WeightWatcher’s Paid Search investment, delivering both near-term and long-term business results.
Focus will be on supporting Paid Search initiatives, data analysis, reporting, and project management globally.
Your work will help improve and expand WeightWatchers' Paid Search presence, connecting new and returning customers with essential information during their wellness journeys.
