Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong technical expertise
- Experience managing and mentoring software engineering teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on troubleshooting and debugging experience
- Experience designing and building large multi-tenant web based and/or client server applications in cloud environments such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with event driven design using Kafka SQS SNS or similar
- Core experience with Typescript Node JavaScript and some .NET as a bonus
- Experience with Elastic Search Redis Kafka and SQL Server

Day to day
- Lead and guide software engineering teams through the full development lifecycle for digital entertainment products.
- Drive the design, enhancement, and delivery of high-quality software solutions in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
- Partner with Product and Business teams to plan priorities, improve SDLC practices, and implement secure scalable engineering standards.
