- 5+ years building systems in PHP Go Python Typescript Angular Ruby or similar
- 2+ years managing engineering teams with experience growing senior talent and building team structure
- Strong knowledge of gRPC RabbitMQ and caching solutions
- Experience with relational databases and external service integrations
- Background in backend and frontend UI development
- Experience with Agile Scrum and sprint ceremonies
- Experience with SaaS platforms or cloud computing
- Solid UNIX LAMP knowledge with PHP MySQL and Linux experience
- Excellent communication coordination problem solving and debugging skills
- BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field
