Requirements
- 7 to 10 years as a software engineer
- 3 to 5 years of people leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
- Experience with modern technology stacks and ability to learn new technologies
- Strong system design software architecture and engineering fundamentals
- Experience with CI/CD REST APIs serverless architecture containerization IaC public cloud application observability GraphQL or event-driven architecture
- Experience delivering scalable applications using distributed architectures

Day to day
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers delivering cloud-based healthcare products.
- Partner with Product Management to define roadmaps prioritize work and translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Guide architecture system design and engineering practices to improve scalability reliability security and maintainability.
- Drive continuous improvement through agile CI/CD automated testing observability DevOps and emerging technologies including AI-enabled tools.
