Day to day
- Lead two platform UI engineering teams and drive UI strategy and roadmap delivery across a complex application environment.
- Manage workload, resourcing, wellbeing, and professional growth for experienced UI engineers in a fast-paced distributed setting.
- Partner closely with UX design, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, accessible UI systems and design system capabilities.
