• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Extensive knowledge of external sourcing and internet recruiting.
• Experience with data management including report generation and analysis.
• Strong ability to operate independently and a demonstrated team player.

• Manage and develop a team of recruiters for ComEd, an Exelon Company.
• Oversee a high-volume recruitment function servicing multiple locations.
• Partner with business leaders to execute hiring strategies.
• Responsible for full-life cycle recruitment of management-level positions.
• Lead improvements using emerging recruitment technology.
