Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience in recruiting in an operations environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
  • Extensive knowledge of external sourcing and internet recruiting.
  • Experience with data management including report generation and analysis.
  • Strong ability to operate independently and a demonstrated team player.
