- Financial industry or other highly regulated industry experience is a plus

Day to day
- Lead and mentor an agile software development team to deliver high-quality software products across the enterprise.
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements scope timelines project plans and resource needs.

- Drive continuous improvement collaboration risk mitigation and team development in a remote-first environment.
