- Change-management experience driving adoption and organizational readiness
- Exceptional executive communication with board- and ownership-facing materials
- Financial literacy and ability to build trusted ROI frameworks with Finance
- Technically fluent in AI enterprise platforms and FDE delivery models without being an engineer

Day to day
- Drive enterprise AI transformation from idea to adopted business outcomes with strong operational ownership
- Prioritize, sequence, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across FDE AI enablement platforms and enterprise teams
- Build governance templates trackers and reporting frameworks that improve efficiency adoption and measurable ROI
