Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science Design or related field or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in front-end development and/or UI/UX design
  • Experience leading projects or mentoring developers
  • Strong hands-on experience with React.js JavaScript ES6+ HTML5 and CSS3
  • Solid understanding of responsive and accessible design implementation
  • Familiarity with design tools sufficient to review and guide design work
  • Working knowledge of design systems and usability principles
  • Comfortable with Git and modern development workflows
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to organize work into clear timelines deliverables and actionable items
  • Ability to balance technical design and business considerations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Ability to lead and enable a cross-functional team

Day to day

  • Lead and build a new cross-functional team of web developers and UI/UX designers to deliver client project outcomes.
  • Own the day-to-day client relationship by running meetings governance and delivery coordination.
  • Guide frontend architecture UI/UX quality and delivery standards while enabling the team rather than producing the work directly.
