Requirements
- 9+ years of progressive accounting experience with Big 4 public accounting and industry exposure
- CPA required
- Deep US GAAP expertise including ASC 805 ASC 321 ASC 323 and ASC 810
- Experience leading financial due diligence and identifying accounting risks in live deal processes
- Track record managing external consultants and advisors across M&A workstreams
- Ability to draft technical accounting memos and original financial statement disclosures

Day to day
- Lead financial due diligence across acquisition and investment deals, including quality of earnings analysis and working capital assessments.
- Own purchase accounting for completed acquisitions, driving purchase price allocation intangible asset recognition goodwill calculations and measurement period adjustments.
- Prepare technical accounting memos original disclosures and policy updates while partnering with cross-functional teams and external auditors on complex US GAAP matters.
