Requirements
- Five or more years supporting Medicare claims and or appeals programs including pre and post adjudication processes
- Ten or more years of overall experience in business analysis including requirements facilitation storyboarding functional specification development and use case diagramming
- Demonstrated experience supporting Medicare claims operations including claims intake adjudication or downstream workflows
- Experience with Momentum functional and technical systems testing
- Experience in Agile methodology and facilitating requirements sessions with business technical and operational stakeholders
- Ability to clearly define and articulate requirements to technical and non technical audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience performing business case development and detailed requirements analysis
- Experience developing use cases user stories and functional documentation
- Ability to read and understand Functional and Technical architecture design documents and analyze test requirements
- Experience supporting audits compliance initiatives or regulatory reporting
- Strong coordination communication reporting and analytical skills
- Experience in testing Java Net Web SOA ETL based applications
- Some level Java development experience
- Prepare test data for various test cases and scenarios
- Exposure to multiple SDLC models like Waterfall Iterative and Agile
- Strong skills in SQL Oracle MS Access
- Intermediate understanding and experience with Unix and Windows
- Momentum expertise with functional and technical knowledge of the application including large complex Momentum implementations
- Jira VersionOne expertise or similar requirements tool
- Experience working with and understanding User Stories
- Experience creating test plans test cases test scripts test procedures test design record defects requirements traceability and test execution

Day to day
- Design and develop detailed functional test scenarios and test cases that support mission-critical federal systems.
- Review functional specifications and build test plans test data test procedures and testing scripts to validate system behavior accurately.
- Execute tests log and verify defects coordinate UAT activities and communicate findings clearly with technical and business stakeholders.
