Requirements
- 3+ years as a QA Analyst in the property and casualty insurance space
- Hands-on experience with modern test case management tools
- Familiarity with interpreting API documentation and testing
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Systems related field or equivalent experience
- Required 3+ years performing testing or similar tech-related work
- 2+ years SQL or similar scripting experience
- Coding and troubleshooting experience with .NET C# SQL Server
- Experience testing data formats like JSON and XML
- Familiarity with utilizing AI tools to assist with testing tasks and documentation
- Reliable high-speed internet connectivity
- Required designated quiet work from home space

Day to day
- Collaborate closely with product owners and project stakeholders to support impactful changes to the policy management system.
- Learn the underlying technology to anticipate failure points and help predict and prevent defects.
- Troubleshoot system issues in test and production then perform efficient testing data validation and analysis using SQL.
