Who you are

  • A willingness to experiment and devise novel methods for exploring potential data gathering techniques
  • A grasp of validation best practices ideally spanning user acquisition, user testing, and market intelligence
  • A history in performance marketing
  • Ability to communicate findings in a manner that informs and persuades teams
  • Aptitude for understanding and articulating the subtleties of ambiguous findings
  • Ability to absorb feedback from product teams and gauge its relevance to validation and assessment techniques
  • Strong understanding of distribution, marketing, community, and product
  • Dedication to honesty and clarity in findings
  • Enthusiasm for guiding, mentoring, and elevating team members
  • Curiosity and desire to learn to stay ahead of market trends and drive ongoing education



What the job involves

  • Reporting to the Head of Market Intelligence, you’ll be an integral part of building out analysis that helps shape our internally developed games and strategically positioning them for launch
  • This will include macro gaming trends, micro genre tear-downs and validating audience sizing
  • You will partner with publishing and game teams to build these out
