Who you are
A willingness to experiment and devise novel methods for exploring potential data gathering techniques
A grasp of validation best practices ideally spanning user acquisition, user testing, and market intelligence
A history in performance marketing
Ability to communicate findings in a manner that informs and persuades teams
Aptitude for understanding and articulating the subtleties of ambiguous findings
Ability to absorb feedback from product teams and gauge its relevance to validation and assessment techniques
Strong understanding of distribution, marketing, community, and product
Dedication to honesty and clarity in findings
Enthusiasm for guiding, mentoring, and elevating team members

What the job involves
Reporting to the Head of Market Intelligence, you’ll be an integral part of building out analysis that helps shape our internally developed games and strategically positioning them for launch
This will include macro gaming trends, micro genre tear-downs and validating audience sizing
You will partner with publishing and game teams to build these out
