Requirements
- 5+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing ideally in multi-category DTC retail
- Deep hands-on experience with Braze including canvases campaigns content blocks Liquid logic segmentation and custom events
- Comfort with technical complexity including custom event payloads Shopify catalog integrations and subscription platform data
- Proven A/B testing experience designing measuring and iterating on experiments
- Strong analytical instincts tied to business outcomes
- Solid HTML/CSS proficiency for email templates rendering issues and dynamic content
- Ability to contribute to messaging and briefs with strong creative range
- Ability to work autonomously with strategic perspective

Day to day
- Own and optimize Grove's lifecycle and trigger ecosystem across complex Braze canvases, targeting logic, personalization, and technical integrations.
- Build, QA, and deploy campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels while maintaining a disciplined testing pipeline.
- Analyze performance regularly and translate campaign data into actionable insights that improve outcomes and guide future strategy.
- Partner closely with CRM, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Creative, and Merchandising to deliver technically excellent customer experiences.
