What the job involves
Drive automation programs that enhance customer experiences, streamline sales processes, and generate demand for HubSpot.
Use cutting-edge marketing automation & AI to provide customers with the right additional products at precisely the right time.
Build programs from scratch, optimize existing programs, and find opportunities for efficiency and value.
Shape customer interactions with HubSpot, scale demand, and give the customer-facing team time to help customers better.
Design, write, and build emails and automation, responsible for segmentation and basic operations.
Partner across departments to find new efficiency opportunities, expand programs, and create holistic experiences.
Continuously improve through data-driven insights and recommendations.
