What the job involves

  • Drive automation programs that enhance customer experiences, streamline sales processes, and generate demand for HubSpot.
  • Use cutting-edge marketing automation & AI to provide customers with the right additional products at precisely the right time.
  • Build programs from scratch, optimize existing programs, and find opportunities for efficiency and value.
  • Shape customer interactions with HubSpot, scale demand, and give the customer-facing team time to help customers better.
  • Design, write, and build emails and automation, responsible for segmentation and basic operations.
  • Partner across departments to find new efficiency opportunities, expand programs, and create holistic experiences.
  • Continuously improve through data-driven insights and recommendations.
