• Utilize time management skills in order to research plan and book vacation packages for clients
• Offer exceptional remote customer service throughout the booking process addressing inquiries concerns and providing support to enhance the villa vacation experience
• Create personalized travel itineraries selecting destinations accommodations activities and transportation options
• Utilize social media to maintain and market to client base
• Multi-task on various assignments while maintaining client satisfaction
