Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in MEP procurement supply chain leadership or MEP project management within commercial or industrial construction
- Strong understanding of MEP systems construction documentation and industry standards
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale equipment packages and long-lead items
- Advanced negotiation and contract management expertise
- Strong analytical financial and communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement reporting tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Supply Chain Business or related field required
- Advanced degree preferred

Day to day
- Lead strategic procurement execution for Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing systems across complex commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Drive RFPs bid leveling supplier selection and commercial negotiations for long-lead equipment and critical-path materials.
- Partner with project managers engineers and field teams to align technical drawings site conditions and construction sequencing while managing risk and value opportunities.
