Requirements
- Visual craft with high polish and typographic sensitivity across product and brand contexts
- Experience across product marketing design systems and brand
- Proficiency producing reusable clean frontend code
- A genuine history of building with code including scripts tools or shipped personal projects
- Familiarity with developer workflows including version control local environments command line and deployment pipelines
- Deep experience designing for developer tools
- Experience building design systems and driving adoption
- Systems thinker who understands cross-surface impact

Day to day
- Own the quality and consistency of Poolside's design across product marketing brand and systems surfaces
- Build and evolve a scalable design system and design pipeline that supports company growth
- Write reusable production-quality frontend code and collaborate with engineering to ship polished components and systems
- Partner closely with Design Engineers and Product Engineering to ensure external-facing work and product implementation hold the same high standard
