Day to day
- Improve the quality of pretraining datasets by applying prior experience intuition and training experiments
- Design and run synthetic data generation and data mix optimization efforts for natural language and source code
- Collaborate with Pretraining Posttraining Evals and Product to define data needs and run short bounded experiments that improve model capabilities
