- Senior leadership board advisory investing entrepreneurial clinical executive or operating experience preferred
- Strong professional network within healthcare investment startup clinical hospital payer provider pharma biotech health technology or innovation ecosystems
- Ability to provide strategic practical and mission-aligned guidance to support healthcare startups and the broader platform
- Ability to commit approximately 2–4 hours per month to board participation and strategic advisory activities

Day to day
- Provide strategic guidance on growth positioning partnerships and long-term vision for Healthcare Shares

- Support the organization through relevant introductions perspective and expertise to strengthen the ecosystem and portfolio support
- Participate in periodic board-related discussions and offer thoughtful recommendations based on professional background and area of expertise
