Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business communications learning organizational development or related field
- CPA preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for managing volunteers subject matter experts and internal constituents
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage workflow and content calendar
- Understanding of accounting firms preferred
- Understanding of CPA landscape including CPE and accounting topics and trends
- Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with all teams
- Experience creating goals managing to goals and achieving team and organizational goals
- Attentive management style detail orientation problem solving and productivity focus
- Natural curiosity and skepticism for experiments and tests

Day to day
- Serve as PICPA’s internal expert on member needs and engagement trends by using relationships data and HubSpot insights.
- Develop and execute membership strategies that support recruitment retention engagement and revenue growth across individual members firms and employers.
- Lead cross-functional projects programs and affinity group initiatives that strengthen member value and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
