Requirements
- Background in working with children in any field
- Availability for 10-15 hours per week during setup
- Commitment to full-time operation starting January 2027 Fall 2027 or Fall 2028
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take risks
- Passion for innovative self-directed learning environments
- Clear vision for a microschool that inspires others
- Strong community connections and awareness of local educational needs
- Adaptability and ability to meet diverse student needs
- Teaching coaching or similar experience preferred
- Bachelor's or master's degree preferred but not required

Day to day
- Launch and operate a new microschool with the support of a turnkey incubator and mentor network
- Design and lead innovative self-directed and experiential learning experiences tailored to student needs
- Recruit families hire staff manage daily operations and build a sustainable community-centered school
