Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- Active SC Clearance is mandatory
- Advanced experience in SharePoint infrastructure administration and management
- Strong background in deployment planning and migration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-facing experience with technical and leadership contacts
- Current Microsoft 365 certifications or commitment to maintain them
- Expertise in at least two areas from Exchange Online SharePoint Online Power Platform Teams Phone and Rooms M365 Copilot Viva Platform Windows and Cloud Endpoint IDM Information Protection and Compliance Governance and Risk Management

Day to day
- Manage SharePoint infrastructure administration and design with advanced technical expertise
- Provide advisory, architecture, consulting and support to help customers drive solutions and resolutions
- Lead deployment, planning and migration activities while engaging technical, non-technical and leadership stakeholders
- Stay current with Microsoft 365 certifications and relevant new certifications
- Demonstrate deep technical conversation skills across Microsoft 365 areas
