Requirements
- Master's degree in Cyber Operations or related field from an accredited institution
- Professional experience in Cyber Operations or related fields
- Experience teaching adult learners online in higher education strongly preferred
- Industry certification such as Microsoft 365 Certified Endpoint Administrator MD-102

Day to day
- Teach online courses in Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administration for UMGC students
- Lead lab-based instruction on deploying configuring securing and maintaining modern endpoint devices using Microsoft solutions
- Engage adult learners through frequent interaction project-based learning and constructive feedback
- Assess student work with rubrics and help students apply concepts to real-world cybersecurity and IT scenarios
