Requirements

  • 6+ years of Microsoft 365 consulting professional services or MSP experience with direct client-facing delivery
  • Strong expertise in M365 architecture security compliance automation Zero Trust controls Entra ID licensing and tenant configuration
  • Excellent written communication for client-ready emails updates and recommendations
  • Confident client presenter who explains technical concepts clearly
  • Strong independent problem-solving and project management with end-to-end ownership
  • PowerShell and Power Automate automation plus SharePoint architecture governance and migration experience
  • Proficiency with Azure Azure Virtual Desktop Intune and Windows 365
  • Nerdio experience or ability to work in Nerdio-managed environments
  • DevOps experience including CI/CD and Azure DevOps
  • Hands-on collaboration platform migrations from Google Workspace Slack and Zoom
  • Familiarity with Defender for Cloud Apps Defender for Endpoint and Purview
  • Microsoft certifications preferred such as SC-300 MS-102 or MD-102

Day to day

  • Lead Microsoft 365 implementations migrations and modernization efforts for client environments
  • Serve as the client-facing technical lead by running working sessions and translating complex technical details into clear client-friendly guidance
  • Design deploy and support secure scalable Zero Trust aligned Microsoft 365 Azure and modern work solutions across cloud and hybrid environments
