Requirements
- Microsoft Azure infrastructure with strong Azure networking experience including firewalls site-to-site VPNs load balancing private endpoints traffic managers and application gateways
- Networking experience with technologies such as Cisco Palo Alto and Meraki
- Active Directory and Entra ID experience
- Microsoft Windows Server 2016 or higher
- PowerShell scripting experience
- Experience in a technology support organization
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 plus years of IT experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization detail orientation accuracy and follow-up
- Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills

Day to day
- Implement and support Microsoft Azure, VMware, and networking infrastructure for client environments.
- Execute migrations from on-premises platforms to cloud infrastructure with a focus on reliability and continuity.
- Manage enterprise support requests, perform planned maintenance, and assist with complex issue resolution for managed services clients.
