Day to day
- Respond to customer support queries quickly and professionally via telephone email and the online support system
- Investigate support issues proactively and manage cases through to resolution while coordinating with Professional Services and third-party providers
- Maintain control of support calls SLAs and KPI reporting while communicating clearly with customers and suppliers
