- Perform full lifecycle application development in D365 including configuration coding unit testing code walk-through debugging and code deployment
- Identify recommend and implement CRM system changes to improve the business process optimize user experience
- Ensure successful solution delivery by understanding requirements considering data integrity and system performance
- Oversee support of D365 applications including proactive remediation of software issues
- Collaborate with business and technical personnel to ensure phases are executed timely and follow SDLC best practices
- Maintain a 'code-last' approach prioritizing system customization over code writing
- Leverage new technologies to keep system up-to-date and efficient
- Ensure productive relationships with business users and external partners
Desirables
- 2 years using D365 Sales and Customer Service
- Project Service Automation/Project Operations experience
- Microsoft Dynamics AX knowledge
- eCommerce integrations knowledge
