Day to day
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 tenant migrations across Exchange Online Teams SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Design resilient hybrid identity and Azure environments that support complex client needs and secure operations.
- Build robust PowerShell automation runbooks and documentation to make large-scale changes repeatable auditable and safe.
- Serve as the senior technical escalation point mentoring engineers and setting standards across client environments.
