Requirements

  • Good standard of education with Level 5 qualification or relevant experience
  • Recent experience designing delivering and evaluating training
  • Recent experience working with external customers and delivering projects
  • Recent experience conducting training needs analysis with external customers and designing and delivering solutions
  • High-level knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and Teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Coaching capability with strong questioning and active listening skills
  • Ability to organise yourself and work independently
  • Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to change with a positive can-do attitude
  • Flexible adaptable and able to work with whoever to get the job done
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

Day to day

  • Design and maintain engaging Microsoft training content for the TSG Academy, using tools like PowerPoint and Camtasia to create compelling learning materials
  • Deliver impactful training sessions virtually and in person across the UK, tailoring delivery to different audiences and formats
  • Analyse training needs, review feedback and usage data, and continuously refine programmes to improve adoption and learner outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal experts, marketing teams and customers to create bespoke learning solutions and strengthen engagement
