Requirements
- Professional experience in Python development building services or automation
- Familiarity with agent frameworks particularly LangChain or LangGraph
- Understanding of Azure fundamentals
- Comfortable with Git-based development workflows

- Execution-oriented mindset delivering scoped work reliably and to standard
- Strong collaboration skills working effectively with senior engineers data teams and product stakeholders

Day to day
- Implement well-scoped backlog items for AI agents under guidance from the Pod Lead and Senior AI Engineers.
- Develop and test Python components and agent workflows using enterprise-approved frameworks and patterns.
- Collaborate closely with data engineering and product teams to deliver reliable, production-oriented solutions.
